The spiral of life!

Just some thoughts about life, school, and whatever else comes to mind :)

I am utterly swamped with my anatomy class but I NEED to take a break. I feel as though I am knee high in the abdomen rummaging around in the viscera. Anyway, yesterday I attended a Professional Faculties party (Pro-Fac). Well first I went to a pre-pre-party then a pre-party then the actual party. It was my first time out since I got sick so it was nice to have a bunch of stuff all crammed into one night. Also, it was especially fun because the LOCKDOWN began today, which pretty much means no more fun outings till after my exam in two weeks. Anyway, the night was interesting and I bonded a lot with some people. Sadly, when we got to Pro-Fac there was not a lot of mixing among the faculties, I pretty much hung out with my med friends all night. Until the very end, when Wogs and I met some people in Law. Don’t get me wrong I love my new med peeps but I was hoping to do a little more mixing. All right, time to get back to it!

Okay hello stress ball! This is my fourth week of med school and I am super stressed! Good stress level though. We have tons of schoolwork, I feel as though we have learnt a semesters worth of anatomy already. On a good note, I was elected as one of the co-class presidents for our first-year class. So now, I am excited about that but a little worried about the time commitment.
