Okay, apparently my supervisor and I have different timelines for my research paper. I was thinking it had to be due May15 or so, he was thinking April 30 or sooner. Aiee! Feeling a little stressed, I need to finish a lot of work this week, and the next and the next. Basically, I am becoming a workaholic for the next month…. Goodbye social life.

Apparently this baby is stressed. About what I wonder? Anyway, wish I looked this cute when I am stressed :(

WOAH Nelly! Life is on a fast pace, so why am I updating instead of working as I should be. Oh well, the week ended without too much catastrophe. Our second experiment in the lab did not turn out and we had to use our charms on the boys next us on the bench to get some product. Yeah, I know, hardly what the independent woman would do, but hey I needed to get the hell out of that stinky lab! So what else? Went to TO for the weekend. Had dinner at a lovely Thai restaurant downtown on Friday with an old McGill chum. Quite lovely really, yet so odd when you see your friends living real lives. I mean really nice apartment, working, and moving up in life. Made me wonder, what would happen when I stop being a full time student, eventually? Then I saw some lovely pics of the family and hung out with the family for the rest of the weekend. Not the most work filled weekend, but I think I could feel my blood pressure falling back to normal. So now, I continue with the seemingly endless trudge towards the end of my second degree. If I don’t call/email/visit you in the next two months do not be offended. I am now making a full commitment to both my research paper and my last classes here at this lovely institution. I will try to update every now and then but no promises. Good Luck to everyone on exams, papers, and life in general.
