Just a quick note to say that North Carolina is fabulous! The beaches are amazing and I am having lots of fun!

I am feeling the exact same way again, perhaps this is evidence for the argument. Although, I have decied that I am not the only cyclical person out there. For some reason I am noticing everyone's cycles recently. From the erratic phone calls with old friends to the work and party cycles of others.
In other news, I was told that the best way to get rid of a habit is to replace it. Hence, I am on the lookout for a new bad habit. I wish eating healthy was a bad habit or going to the gym.
